RMV - Crisis Communication Platform
Creation and execution of "Rhein Main Verkehrsverbund" crisis communication platform. A huge objective to this platform was to provide fast, direct and realtime information on the closing and renovation of one of the Europe's largest city lifelines, the "Frankfurt Subway", during its renovation 2015-2017

Sleeves up
The platform was born from the ambition to create an sleeves up approach dedicated to an easy and fast communication during the tunnel maintenance and construction updates. It reached customers in need in a matter and tone that was straight forward and caring, rather than corporate media speech.
Execution
Together with RMV press team, we created a digital publishing platform that works seamlessly across all popular digital devices and enables the RMV to publish a variety of editorial content and news updates to a broad audience.
