Deutsche Hospitality is the umbrella brand of the German hotel company Steigenberger Hotels AG, which is owned by the Huazhu Group. They came to us to rethink and redesign their new intranet together with them and to adapt it to their international design guide. We attached great importance to creating a hyperflexible system based on the "Confluence" system already used by Deutsche Hospitality. This enables the new intranet to become a real tool in the working world of all Deutsche Hospitality employees in over 150 hotels worldwide, from the chambermaid to the CEO. #DH CONNECT, confluence was deliberately chosen as a load-stable proven platform with many years of experience and an excellent reputation. To capture the soul of Deutsche Hospitality and to adapt Confluence to the exact requirements of a fast moving worldwide hospitality company it was adapted from scratch and then skinned in the look of the Deutsche Hospitality
We have created a simple, super flexible iconography for maximum orientation in a rapidly changing environment from device to device, guest to guest, hotel to hotel.
